Hypercom’s HyperSafe Remote Key System is the industry’s foremost standards-based remote key injection product that allows retailers to quickly and securely initiate on-site, in-store payment terminal key injection at the point-of-sale. HRKS eliminates the need for off-site secure room key injection by incorporating PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) to securely distribute symmetric 3DES keys. HRKS meets ANSI x9.24 and Visa PIN Security Guidelines for remote key management, and is FIPS 140-2 Level 3 and X509 compliant.
