Industry's Largest Prepaid Show to Feature Four TSYS Executives

ALPHARETTA, Ga., Mar 02, 2009 ( -- TSYS, a leading global payments services provider and processor of network-branded prepaid card programs, announced today it will have four executives and a client featured at the 2009 Prepaid Card Expo. TSYS executives will discuss technology enhancements crucial to the future and growth of prepaid, customer engagement strategies and key international markets.
Paul Daffin, executive vice president and chief information officer of TSYS' Prepaid Services division, will serve on a panel titled "Incorporating Service-Based Processing Enhancements to Drive Prepaid Growth" on March 9. Mr. Daffin will speak on the challenges of a global platform and about the importance of service-level agreements, critical aspects to consider when choosing a prepaid processor.
Chris Truelson, senior vice president of TSYS' Prepaid Services division, will present in a session titled "Effective Customer Engagement Strategies to Keep Them Coming Back." During this session on March 9, Mr. Truelson will talk about engaging consumers through product innovation, service and communication to drive greater brand loyalty with consumers, along with metrics from case studies.
Mr. Truelson will also co-present with client Continental Airlines March 10, on an industry-leading distressed voucher program. In the session titled "The Middle Seat - A Case Study for Airlines and TSYS," they will outline how they mitigated distressed passenger concerns, on-the-spot and real-time, and created a prepaid program that solved numerous pain points for the airline.
John Goodale, director of card management solutions for TSYS Global Services, will present in a session titled "International Prepaid - Real Case Studies and Insight from Around the Globe" on March 9. Mr. Goodale will speak about prepaid development in key international markets in China, Asia and India.
Phil Kumnick, senior vice president for product and payments strategy of TSYS Acquiring Solutions, will serve on a panel March 10, titled "Utilizing Prepaid to Facilitate Product-Specific Loyalty or Rewards Programs." Mr. Kumnick will share strategies for deploying a program and techniques for working with retail merchants.
