KeyPoint Government Solutions Names Tim Ward as Managing Director
LOVELAND, CO--(Marketwire - Feb 27, 2012) - KeyPoint Government Solutions Inc. (KeyPoint) has named Mr. Timothy (Tim) Ward as Managing Director. Mr. Ward will report to the Chief Strategy Officer & VP for Business Development, David Kervin.

Prior to joining KeyPoint, Mr. Ward served 24 years with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and attained the rank of Senior Intelligence Service (SIS) Officer, retiring as the Chief of the Investigations Division. Mr. Ward spent many years in senior leadership positions and served the majority of his career with the Office of Security. He possesses extensive international experience, gained throughout his tenure with the CIA.

While serving as the Chief of Investigations Division at the CIA, Mr. Ward managed the administration and oversight of the Agency's wide-ranging Investigations Program, where he was responsible for both strategic and day-to-day operations as an integral element of the CIA's personnel security program. Mr. Ward also performed in several other senior capacities while at the CIA, including an inspector in the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). In addition, he served as the Program Manager for Continuity of Operations (COOP), for the Directorate of Support and was an Executive Manager in the Protective Programs Group.
Mr. Ward earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
