Online Banking Solutions (OBS) announces reseller agreement for EZ-Direct Deposit(TM) software packaged with Online Messenger(TM) Secure File Transfer as the new EASY Payment File Delivery Service.

OBS EASY Payment File Delivery service provides end-to-end payment file creation, processing and secure delivery with integrated connectivity to the most popular accounting packages, such as QuickBooks and Peachtree. Company users need only select the type of transactions to be created such as payroll, vendor and customer payments. EZ-Direct Deposit software reformats the data into NACHA and ANSI X12 formats and relays completed files to the Online Messenger Secure File Transfer mechanism for automatic delivery to the bank for processing. Online Messenger performs virus checking, file validation and notifications of delivery. Additional authentication is available through the OBS Secure Desktop.
