Software as a Service: Ecommerce Platform for Multichannel Retailers to Be Sold

WELLESLEY HILLS, Mass.--(www.AllPayNews.com)--Joseph F. Finn, Jr., C.P.A., the Assignee for the Benefit of Creditors of n2N Commerce, Incorporated (n2N), announced today that n2N’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) e-commerce application is to be sold. Delivered to customers as a service, the n2N package enables e-commerce solutions providers and multichannel merchants instant SaaS capabilities.

The sale of n2N’s assets, one of which is a SaaS package, is being conducted through an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors. The bidding for the assets, which may be purchased separately or in combination, is scheduled for April 11, 2008. The intellectual property, consisting of ten (10) software packages, will be available by appointment for physical viewing and demonstration at the offices of Trigent Software at 1 Apple Hill Drive in Natick, MA on March 28, 2008.
